Property enquiries · Updated 26 October 2026

Your details.
Your choice.

This notice explains the information collected through AvenoHome’s property enquiry form. AvenoHome is operated by Bouda Vosough Ahmadi. Contact: hello@avenohome.co.uk.

What you choose to share

The form collects your name, email, optional telephone number, preferred contact method, role, budget or indicative price, location, timeframe, selected home and message. We also record your permission to respond, the enquiry reference and submission date. Please do not send identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use your details to review and respond to your enquiry, relying on the permission you give when submitting the form. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. You can withdraw your permission by contacting us and quoting your enquiry reference.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in AvenoHome’s hosted database, using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. They are accessible to the site operator and hosting providers as necessary to operate the service. There is no public enquiry directory. Contact information is not saved in browser storage or added to share links.

Agent introductions

Submitting an enquiry does not authorise sharing with agents. If an introduction is proposed, we will identify the recipient, explain what would be shared and ask for separate permission. We do not sell enquiry lists.

Keeping and removing information

We keep enquiries while needed to handle your request and associated follow-up. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw permission for future contact. Quote your reference so we can locate the record; we may need to verify the request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
